About trading courses and trading systems:
Due to too much scam and copy piracy on internet we, now deliberately excluded some vital information from trading course materials in our most online courses. Students will get that information at the time of 1 to 1 online training.
We do offer extra 2 sessions/online classes with our private Forex educational and training courses. This means, students will get a chance to repeat the educational trading lessons and to clear any confusions or ask questions in dedicated online coaching lessons. However; students should attend online educational classes on agreed class days of the week and time. We will charge an extra course fee if a student keep missing classes or if a student wants to have more than 2 extra classes to complete the educational Forex trading course.
All students are required to take care of their user id, password and email address passwords used in communication with ReadyForex.com and third parties working with ReadyForex.com
About online Member Area:
We provide member area access to our Forex trading course subscribers, Elliott Wave Live Trading Room members, Forex video course and Elliott Wave Forex forecast users. However; if we find that a user has shared his/her login details with other people and they also start using our service using single user name then we reserve the right to ask more fee per user or terminate that specific user membership without any prior notice.
About Managed Forex Account:
We are not responsible for any loss, damage or what so ever if some one hacked your password and send us a fake email and asking for information, providing suggestion, placing order, making order and trading account access. We do our best to use risk management and money management rules to manage your trading accounts. However; there is no grantee of profit.
Refund Policy:
We do offer 100% refund (minus sending money back charges), incase the student/trader did not receive his/her user name and password to access online member area or Forex trading signals or Forex trainning classes and wants to cancel his/her membership.
However; If a student/trader gets access to password protected member area or has already received Forex trading signals then we do not offer any re-fund if you have fully used or partially used readyforex.com products and services such as 1 to 1 online Forex trading courses, Forex video courses, Financial reports, Video forecasts, Elliott wave Forex forecasts, Elliott Wave Live Trading Room, Forex trading signals, Pdf Forex reports, Managed Forex account and third party services. Once a student/trader access online material inside password protected member area using his/her user name and password then he/she can easily download and copy digital files from one computer system to another. So, it is impossible to provide money back guarantee and refund on our services in such case.

All advertisement placements are provided "AS IS" and no results are guaranteed. If you aren't satisfied with the results, the payment WON'T be refunded under any circumstances. Though, we'll try to make your ad experience as effective as possible.
Advertisement refund requests:
We only offer a refund incase you have paid for the advertisement (banner, email, leads etc) but before starting the advertisement or delivery process you want to cancel and ask for a refund. In such case we will deduct a 10% administration fee and refund you the remaining amount in next 2 to 3 weeks time.
